Job Opportunity: Technical Sales & Customer Service Representative

Are you a technically savvy automotive enthusiast with experience working with Land Rover or Range Rover? Budget Parts B.V. is looking for a new team member who can combine technical expertise with excellent customer service. Our office is based in Gouda, where we’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment.

Key Details:

• Location: Gouda
• Languages: Dutch and English (primarily Dutch, but must be proficient enough in English for internal communication)
• Work Schedule: 3-5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with technical queries, including identifying the correct parts
• Handling telephone and email inquiries
• Processing online orders from placement to delivery, including arranging special shipments
