Sponsorship & Product Donation Requests

At Budget Parts, we love supporting the Land Rover community and teaming up with like-minded people, events, and projects. While we’re not in a position to offer financial sponsorships, we’re happy to help with product donations, discounted parts, or creative marketing collaborations in return for genuine opportunities to promote our brand.

If you’d like to work with us, please download our Sponsorship Request Form (PDF), fill it in with as much detail as possible, and email it to admin@budget-parts.nl. The more we know about your event or project, the better we can see how we might partner up!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

Please send your request at least 30 days before your event or campaign kicks off.

Make sure as many fields in the form are filled in—we can only review completed applications.

We focus on opportunities that give real visibility for our brand, like:

  • Logo placement on vehicles, banners, or event gear

  • Blog posts, website mentions, or backlinks to www.roverparts.eu

  • Social media shout-outs or content collaborations

Filling in the form doesn’t guarantee approval, but we review every request carefully.

If your request is a good fit, we’ll be in touch within 7–10 business days to discuss the next steps.

Our story

Budget Parts was founded more than 25 years ago and has since grown into a specialist in Land Rover and Range Rover parts and accessories in the Netherlands and across Europe. In 2023, Bradley Sharnock, originally from South Africa and now based in the Netherlands, took over the company with a clear mission: to offer high-quality parts and accessories for Land Rover and Range Rover enthusiasts at competitive prices.

Our people and locations

Our two locations in Gouda and Drachten are run by dedicated teams with deep industry knowledge. At Budget Parts Gouda, Jack, Tom, Brendan and Sebastian work closely together. Jack has over 14 years of experience in the industry and is a trusted source of technical knowledge.Tom focuses more internally, working on product data and system-related improvements that support the business behind the scenes., while Sebastian ensures every order is processed, packed and shipped on time and safely. Brendan works alongside Sebastian with a strong focus on warehouse optimisation and day-to-day operational improvements across the warehouse.

In Drachten, Rob is at the helm, supported by Huub. Rob has more than 40 years of experience with Land Rover vehicles and is known for his detailed knowledge of both classic and modern models. Huub, who runs his own workshop, also supports the Drachten location with hands-on expertise in Rover vehicles.
