Customer Discounts at Budget Parts (RoverParts.eu)

At Budget Parts, we reward customers based on how much they purchase from us — whether you’re a professional workshop or a passionate Land Rover owner.

There’s nothing to apply for. If you have an account with us, you’re automatically included.

Your purchases are tracked by email address, so if you have multiple customer accounts using the same email, your spend is combined into one total.

Your discount is applied automatically whenever you’re logged in.

How your spend is calculated

  • We look at your total purchases over the past 6 months
  • We multiply that figure by 2 to estimate your annual spend
  • We review this once per month

Your spend includes all purchases with us, whether:

  • Ordered online
  • Placed by email or phone
  • Purchased in-store

The calculation is based on invoices issued minus any credit notes.

Automatic and fair

Discounts are based purely on spend — not on whether you’re a business or private customer.

As your spend increases, your discount increases automatically. If your purchasing slows down, your tier may adjust over time, but we aim to apply changes reasonably and with common sense, recognising that purchasing can vary throughout the year.

Wholesale portal

Professional workshops and businesses can also use our wholesale portal to order more efficiently. Your discount tier still applies automatically — the portal simply provides additional tools to easily order multiple parts.
