Behuizingsafdichting van het gasklephuis dicht de achterinterface van het gasklephuis af, waar deze aansluit op de aangrenzende inlaatleiding, binnen het luchtinlaatsysteem van de motor.

Het vormt een barrière tegen ongecontroleerde luchtlekkage bij deze verbinding, waardoor de integriteit van het inlaattraject behouden blijft, zodat de lucht die de motor in wordt gezogen correct wordt gemeten. Geschikt voor het V6-dieselgasklephuis.

Er zijn twee afdichtingen per gasklephuis nodig.

The 1316152LR seals the rear interface of the throttle body housing where it meets the intake ducting on Land Rover V6 diesel engines. It blocks unmetered air leaking into the intake at that joint, so the air reaching the engine stays correctly metered for clean running.
How many of these seals do I need?
Two seals are required per throttle body housing. If you're resealing the housing it's worth fitting both at the same time, since they sit at the same joint and age together. Order quantity two to do the job in one go.
