Has your order not yet been dispatched?

If your order has not yet been dispatched and invoiced, do not use this withdrawal form.

To request cancellation before dispatch, email info@budget-parts.nl immediately and include your order number.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched and invoiced. If your order has already been invoiced, dispatched or delivered, please complete the withdrawal form below.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Use this form if your order has already been invoiced, dispatched or delivered. Complete the form below and confirm. We will acknowledge your withdrawal by email without delay. Using this form is optional; you may also email info@budget-parts.nl with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

What happens next

To return your item(s), please use a trackable shipping method.

Instructions

  1. Pack the item(s) securely.
  2. Write your order number on the outside of the box.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to us at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method, to the address below.
  5. Reply to our confirmation email with your tracking number once it's shipped, so we know it's on its way.

Once we've received and inspected the item(s), we'll process your refund. This will happen no later than 14 days after we receive the item(s) back or your proof of postage, whichever is earlier, in line with our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
