What is the ARB4306 Cargo Gear Bag for?

It's an external storage bag that straps to the spare wheel, carrying dirty recovery gear, wet kit and rubbish outside the cabin. It offers around 70 litres across two main compartments with a removable centre divider, plus twin side pockets with shackle holders.

How does it attach and drain?
