The DC7013 is a set of four extended polyurethane bump stops for the Land Rover Discovery 2 (1998-2004). Bump stops sit between the axle and chassis and cushion the end of suspension travel, limiting metal-to-metal contact when the suspension compresses fully.
What does the extended height do, and who needs it?
The extended 90mm height suits Discovery 2 vehicles with raised or lifted suspension. It restores the correct compression clearance and helps stop the shock absorbers bottoming out at full travel. On standard-height vehicles the factory bump stops are usually the correct choice.
How many bump stops are in the kit?
The DC7013 is supplied as a set of four, covering both front and rear on the Discovery 2. That's enough for a complete vehicle, so no second kit is needed for a full replacement.
