What is this timing tool kit used for?
This kit locks the 2.0 Ingenium diesel engine (AJ200D/204DT/204DTD) at the correct timed position so the timing chain can be inspected, removed and refitted with the camshaft and crankshaft aligned correctly.
What's included, and what else do I need?
The kit includes a camshaft holding tool, a camshaft adjuster locking tool and a crankshaft pulley locking tool. A separate fuel pump locking tool is needed to complete the full timing procedure and isn't included, so order that separately if your job needs it.
