What's the difference between the Wolf short nose diff and the standard long nose diff?
The Wolf short nose diff, used on the Defender Wolf and Range Rover P38, has a different pinion design to the long nose diff fitted to earlier Defenders, Discovery 1/2, and Range Rover Classic. KAM548 only fits the short nose Wolf-type housing, not the long nose version, so check which diff your vehicle has before ordering.
