EGR-koeler - lagedruk-uitlaatgasrecirculatie (EGR)-koeler in het EGR-circuit van de motor, gemonteerd op de 2.0L viercilinder diesel (AJ200 / AJ20D4).

De koeler verlaagt de temperatuur van gerecirculeerd uitlaatgas voordat het terugkeert naar de inlaatlading, waardoor de piektemperatuur van de verbranding en de NOx-vorming afnemen. Motorkoelvloeistof wordt door het apparaat geleid om warmte te onttrekken aan het gas wanneer het door de lagedruk-EGR-lus stroomt.
