What are the signs this charge air hose has failed?
A failed charge air hose on the 3.0L V6 diesel typically causes a loss of power, a whistling or hissing under acceleration, and sometimes a boost or turbo fault code. The rubber cracks or splits with heat and age, letting pressurised air escape before it reaches the engine.
