This is the long-end half of the left-hand belt: the webbing and body-anchorage side that passes across the occupant. It pairs with a separate short-end stalk that carries the buckle. The static design uses no inertia reel, so the webbing is set to length manually with the sliding adjuster.
What does non-audible mean here?
Non-audible means the assembly carries no buckle switch, so it doesn't feed a seat belt warning circuit. If your vehicle uses a belt warning light or chime, you'd need the audible version instead.
Does this include the buckle stalk?
No. This is the long-end webbing half only. It pairs with the separate short-end stalk that carries the buckle, so order that part separately if you also need it.
