The NTC8780 is the front vented brake disc for the Range Rover P38. The caliper clamps its pads against the disc faces to slow the wheel, and the internal vanes draw cooling air through the disc to shed heat and resist brake fade under heavy use.
How many NTC8780 discs do I need for a Range Rover P38?
Two NTC8780 discs are needed to do the front axle. Brake discs are best replaced as an axle set so both sides brake evenly, and fitting new pads at the same time is normal practice on the P38.
Why do front brake discs fail on a Range Rover P38?
