Frequently asked questions

What does the rear anti-roll bar bush do on a Range Rover L322?
The rear anti-roll bar bush is a moulded rubber insulator that holds the rear anti-roll bar to its bracket on the rear cross member of the Range Rover L322 (2002-2012). It lets the bar rotate as the suspension articulates while damping noise and vibration.
How many rear anti-roll bar bushes are needed?
Two of these bushes are used per vehicle, one at each mounting on the rear anti-roll bar. They're best replaced as a pair so the bar is held evenly on both sides.
What are the signs the anti-roll bar bushes are worn?
Worn rear anti-roll bar bushes typically knock or clonk over bumps and let the bar move in its mounts, with more body roll in corners. Perished or split rubber is a clear sign they need renewing.
