What's included in this cylinder head set?

This covers the gaskets and seals disturbed when the Td5 cylinder head is removed and refitted, plus the cylinder head bolts. It's supplied without the head gasket itself, which is graded by thickness and ordered separately to match your measured piston protrusion.

Can the original head bolts be reused instead of the ones in this kit?

No. Td5 head bolts are torque-to-yield and permanently stretch when tightened to their final angle, so they must be renewed whenever the head is refitted. That's why this version bundles the bolts with the gasket set.

What's the difference between this and the other Td5 head sets?

This includes the head bolts as well as the seals and gaskets, but no head gasket. GA2112 is the same seal and gasket set without bolts, and GA2112-3 adds a 3-hole grade head gasket instead of bolts. Choose based on whether your bolts need renewing and whether you already know your gasket grade.
