Remvacuümleiding voor het vacuümtoevoercircuit van de rembekrachtiger op de Td5 2.5L 5-cilinder turbodiesel.

De slang transporteert vacuüm van de motorvacuümpomp naar de rembekrachtiger, waardoor de lagere druk ontstaat die de bekrachtiger gebruikt om de pedaalkracht te vermenigvuldigen. Een verweerde, gescheurde of ingeklapte slang verliest vacuüm en resulteert in een hard rempedaal met verminderde ondersteuning, dus de slang wordt vervangen om de volledige werking van de bekrachtiger te herstellen.
