RVS Lichtmetalen Velg is een 7J x 16 lichtmetalen zes-spaaks wegvelg met een matzwarte afwerking en een beadlock-ready buitenrand.

De band is conventioneel gemonteerd voor normaal on- en offroad-gebruik. De buitenrand is bewerkt om een beadlock-ring (apart verkrijgbaar) te accepteren, die de bandhiel klemt bij zeer lage bandenspanningen, waar een conventioneel gemonteerde band van de velg kan rollen. Nominale belasting van 1300 kg per wiel. Niet DOT-goedgekeurd; bedoeld voor offroad-gebruik.

What is the TF106 alloy wheel and what's it designed for?
The TF106 is a 7J x 16 six-spoke alloy road wheel with a bead-lock-ready outer rim, finished in matt black. It fits the Land Rover Discovery 2. The machined outer rim accepts a separate bead-lock ring, so you can run very low tyre pressures off-road without the tyre rolling off the rim.
How does the bead-lock feature on this wheel work?
The bead-lock-ready rim is machined to take a bead-lock ring that clamps the tyre bead in place. This lets you run very low tyre pressures off-road, where a conventionally seated tyre could roll off the rim. The bead-lock ring is supplied separately, not with the wheel.
What's the load rating, and is the TF106 road-legal?
Each TF106 wheel is rated at 1300 kg. It's not DOT approved and is intended for off-road use. The tyre fits conventionally for normal on- and off-road driving, with the bead-lock option available for low-pressure off-road running on the Discovery 2.
Does the wheel come with fitting hardware?
Yes, the TF106 is supplied with a set of wheel nuts and a set of rim cap-head screws. The bead-lock ring itself is a separate purchase. Typically you'll need four or five wheels to make up a full set for a Discovery 2, depending on whether you include a spare.
