The Rear Lamp Gasket seals the rear lamp assembly against the rear body panel on the Land Rover Discovery 2 (1998-2004). It keeps water and dust out from behind the lamp unit, protecting the bulb holders and contacts from moisture ingress.
How many rear lamp gaskets do I need?
Two rear lamp gaskets are fitted per Discovery 2 (1998-2004), one behind each rear lamp assembly. One gasket suits a single lamp, so resealing both sides needs two.
When should the rear lamp gasket be replaced?
