Gasklephuis voor het luchtinlaatsysteem van de 4.4L V8 dieselmotor.

De elektronisch bediende gasklep reguleert de inlaat luchtstroom naar het spruitstuk. Bij deze dieseltoepassing dient het voornamelijk voor het soepel, schokvrij uitschakelen van de motor en voor de ondersteuning van de uitlaatgasrecirculatie door de inlaatonderdruk te regelen. Een geïntegreerde motor positioneert de gasklep in reactie op commando's van de motorregelmodule.

De eenheid wordt geïnstalleerd tussen de inlaatbuis en het inlaatspruitstuk.
