EGR-klep voor het uitlaatgasrecirculatiesysteem. De klep doseert een gecontroleerde hoeveelheid uitlaatgassen terug in het inlaattraject om de piekverbrandingstemperaturen te verlagen en de vorming van stikstofoxiden (NOx) te verminderen.

Deze wordt door het motormanagementsysteem in combinatie met de EGR-koeler bediend, waarbij de klep opent en sluit om het volume van de gerecirculeerde gassen te regelen op basis van de motorbelasting en -temperatuur. Gemonteerd op de 2.2 en 2.4 TDCi common-rail dieselmotor.
