What does the GHL7 handle keeper do?

The GHL7 is a moulded rubber clamp that clips onto the standard bar and holds the jack handle in place when it's not in use, stopping it rattling loose during transport and storage. It's the black-finish version of this keeper.

Can I still operate the jack with the GHL7 fitted?

Yes, the keeper doesn't need removing. The handle still moves through its full stroke while raising or lowering the jack.
