What is the TF631 big brake kit?
The TF631 is a front brake upgrade taking front disc diameter to 360mm from the standard 320mm or 340mm, fitted to the Discovery 3, Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport L320 for increased braking power.
What is included in the 360mm kit?
The kit replaces the complete front disc and caliper assembly: brake calipers, caliper carrier brackets, brake pads, back plates and 360mm vented discs.
How does the 360mm disc improve braking?
The larger 360mm diameter raises the radius at which the pads act, so braking torque rises for the same pedal effort, and the greater disc mass improves heat dissipation and fade resistance.
What wheels clear the 360mm brake kit?
The 360mm discs require 19-inch original alloy wheels, or suitable 18-inch wheels with the appropriate spacers. Confirm wheel clearance before ordering.
