What is the TF633 big brake kit?
The TF633 is a front big brake upgrade kit that raises the front disc from the standard 320mm to 360mm on the Discovery 3, Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport (2005-2009). It supplies replacement front calipers, caliper mounting brackets, 360mm discs and pads.
How is this different from the 340mm kit?
The TF633 is the more complete route: it replaces the front calipers rather than retaining the originals, where the 340mm conversion keeps the standard calipers on a bracket. Both raise braking capacity, but the 360mm kit fits new calipers, discs, brackets and pads.
What does the 360mm upgrade improve?
Going from 320mm to 360mm lengthens the braking radius and adds thermal mass at the front axle, improving stopping power and resistance to fade under heavy or repeated braking. It suits heavier or harder-worked Discovery 3, Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport vehicles.
Which vehicles does it fit?
The TF633 fits the Land Rover Discovery 3 (2005-2009), Discovery 4 (2010-2016) and Range Rover Sport (2005-2009). Wheel clearance matters with a 360mm disc, so check your wheels clear the larger rotor before ordering.
