The LR020546LR is the right-hand EGR inlet gasket for the 3.0 V6 diesel engine. It seals the right-side EGR inlet joint where recirculated exhaust gas rejoins the inlet. Genuine Land Rover, 3.0 V6 diesel only.
Which side is this gasket, and what's the left-hand part?
This is the right-hand (RH) EGR inlet gasket. The left-hand side uses a separate gasket, LR020545. Order the side you're working on, or both if you're servicing the full EGR inlet.
Which vehicles does this EGR gasket fit?
This gasket fits the 3.0 V6 diesel in the Discovery 4, Discovery 5, Range Rover L405 (2013-2022), Range Rover Sport L320 (2010-2013), and Range Rover Sport L494 (2014-2022). Petrol engines use a different setup.
When should this EGR gasket be replaced?
Replace the EGR inlet gasket any time the EGR valve or inlet is disturbed, since the old gasket typically won't reseal. A failed gasket can cause exhaust leaks, smell, or EGR fault codes on the 3.0 V6 diesel.
