EGR Bypassbuis is een afdichtingscomponent voor het uitlaatgasrecirculatie (EGR)-circuit op de 2.0L Td4 dieselmotor.

De buis wordt gemonteerd ter vervanging van de originele mechanische EGR-klep en sluit de recirculatieweg af, zodat uitlaatgas niet langer terug naar de inlaat wordt geleid, en voert de inlaatluchtstroom door waar de klep voorheen zat.

Geleverd als alleen de bypassbuis. De bijbehorende kit met siliconenslangen en slangklemmen is DA1087FL.

What is the GA1087 EGR bypass tube used for?
The GA1087 EGR bypass tube blanks off the exhaust gas recirculation circuit on the Freelander 1 2.0 Td4 diesel. Fitted where the original EGR valve sat, it stops exhaust gas being routed back into the inlet and carries the intake flow through instead.
Does this include silicone hoses and clips, or just the tube?
Just the tube. The GA1087 is supplied as the bypass tube on its own, without silicone hoses or jubilee clips. Check what your installation needs, as hoses and clips are a separate purchase.
