Synchroniserkit - 5e/achteruitversnelling voor de handgeschakelde R380 vijfversnellingsbak, ten behoeve van de 5e versnelling en achteruitversnelling van de hoofdas.

De synchronisator brengt de versnelling en de as op een gelijke snelheid voordat er wordt geschakeld, waardoor het kraken en het eruit springen dat ontstaat wanneer de conussen en blokkeerringen slijten, wordt voorkomen. Het wordt gemonteerd tijdens een revisie van de versnellingsbak, of wanneer de 5e versnelling moeilijk te selecteren is of niet ingeschakeld blijft.
