Frequently asked questions

What is the DA5007K air spring conversion fitting kit?

The DA5007K is the mounting hardware needed to convert the Discovery 2 rear air suspension to coil springs. It provides the coil-spring seats, spring isolator rubbers and fixing bolts that locate coil springs in place of the original air springs on the rear axle.

Does the DA5007K include the coil springs?

No, the DA5007K is the fitting kit only and does not include the coil springs. It supplies the seats, isolators and bolts to mount coil springs. You'll need the springs separately, or the DA5007 conversion, which covers the air-to-coil changeover components.

What's the difference between the DA5007K and DA5007?

The DA5007K is the fitting kit, the seats, isolators and bolts, while the DA5007 is the associated Discovery 2 air-to-coil spring conversion. If you're doing the full conversion, check which components you already have so you order the right combination for your rear suspension.

Which vehicle does the DA5007K fit?

The DA5007K fits the Land Rover Discovery 2 (1998-2004) when converting the rear self-levelling air suspension to coil springs. It's specific to that model's rear suspension mounting points, so it won't suit other Land Rover air-suspension setups.
