The DA1746GREY is a three-piece moulded insulation set that lines the transmission tunnel and floor to reduce gearbox and driveline noise in the cabin. It's supplied in grey and works as a sound barrier over the Defender transmission tunnel.
Which gearbox and models does it fit?
The DA1746GREY fits the Land Rover Defender from 1994 to 2006 with the R380 gearbox, covering the 300Tdi and Td5 engines. Vehicles with the earlier LT77 gearbox need the matching LT77 version instead.
What's included and how does it fit?
The set includes a transmission mat, a seat box mat and a bulkhead mat. The transmission mat lifts out to allow gearbox access and refits in a few minutes, while the seat box and bulkhead mats stay permanently in place.
