What does the DA8090 sound deadening panel do?
The DA8090 sound deadening panel reduces road, transmission and drivetrain noise coming through the floor into the cabin. It's a self-adhesive Dynamat damping panel, pre-shaped for the second-row floor and under-seat area, that suppresses panel vibration and resonance for a quieter drive.
Which Defender does this panel fit?
This panel fits the Land Rover Defender Puma 2007-2016, and specifically the 110 Station Wagon or Utility. It's shaped for the second-row floor area of that body, so it isn't cut for the 90 or the 130. Confirm you have the 110 Station Wagon before ordering.
How is the sound deadening applied?
The panel is self-adhesive and applied directly to the cleaned floor pan. Remove the seats and trim to expose bare metal, clean off dirt and grease, then press the panel down firmly so it bonds. Rolling it down expels trapped air for full contact with the floor.
