The 8HP Gearbox Service Kit supplies everything for a full fluid change on the ZF 8HP70 eight-speed automatic: the sump pan assembly with integrated filter, the transmission fluid, the pan securing screws, a sleeve and a drain/fill plug.
Which Land Rovers does this 8HP service kit fit?
It fits models running the ZF 8HP70 gearbox: Discovery 4, Range Rover L322 (2010-2012), Range Rover L405, Range Rover Sport L320 (2010-2013) and Range Rover Sport L494. Use your VIN to confirm the gearbox variant.
Is the filter separate or part of the pan on the 8HP70?
On the ZF 8HP70 the filter element is integrated into the oil pan, so this kit renews the pan and filter together rather than as separate parts.
Why does the 8HP gearbox fluid need changing?
