What is the front upper suspension arm?
The front upper suspension arm, or upper wishbone, connects the top of the front wheel knuckle to the body-side mountings on the Range Rover L405. It sets camber and caster geometry and locates the top of the hub through suspension travel. This is the right-hand, standard-length arm.
What are the signs the upper arm is worn, and can it be repaired?
A worn upper arm usually shows as steering wander, uneven front tyre wear, or knocking over broken surfaces. The outer ball joint and inner bushes are not serviced separately, so the arm is renewed as a complete assembly. Reset the front wheel alignment after fitting.
Which L405 engines does this upper arm fit?
