Frequently asked questions

What does the radius arm bush kit include?
The kit is a complete polyurethane bush set covering the front radius arm bushes, the rear link arm bushes and the Panhard rod bushes. It replaces the original rubber location bushes at the main axle-to-chassis mountings on the Defender.
What does the blue polyurethane grade mean?
The blue polyurethane is the softer, road-biased grade. It gives ride characteristics close to the original rubber bushes while offering greater durability and firmer axle location than worn rubber.
Which Defenders does it fit?
It fits the Defender 90, 110 and 130 up to 1993, to VIN KA930434. It's the small radius arm bush type for the early chassis, so confirm your chassis number falls before that VIN break before ordering.
How do I know the bushes need replacing?
Worn radius arm bushes typically show as vague steering, clunks over bumps and uneven tyre wear from poor axle location. Perished rubber bushes are a common cause. Replacing the full set restores precise axle location.
