What does the front bump stop do?
The front bump stop cushions the end of suspension travel, absorbing impact as the wheel reaches full compression and protecting the strut and surrounding components from bottoming out. It mounts on the front damper of the Range Rover Evoque L538 and Discovery Sport.
How many front bump stops are needed?
Two front bump stops are fitted per vehicle, one per side. This is supplied individually, so order two for a complete front axle refresh on the Range Rover Evoque L538 or Discovery Sport. Replacing both together keeps suspension behaviour even side to side.
Does this fit vehicles with Magnetic Damping?
This front bump stop excludes vehicles fitted with the Magnetic Damping System. It suits the standard front suspension on Range Rover Evoque L538 and Discovery Sport. On Discovery Sport it covers Halewood (UK) build to VIN KH999999. Check your damping type and VIN before ordering.
