What does the timing belt do on a 300Tdi engine?
It drives the camshaft and injection pump from the crankshaft, keeping valve timing and injection timing synchronised on the 300Tdi. The tensioner pulley in GA1300G maintains correct belt tension across the run.
When should the 300Tdi timing belt be replaced?
