Do I need the bearing and clip with this hub?
Yes, the wheel bearing (RLB000011) and its retaining circlip (RUE000010) are separate items and are normally renewed together with the hub. Fitting a new hub onto a worn bearing usually undoes the repair, so plan to replace all three.
