Hulplogische waterpomp - een elektrisch aangedreven koelvloeistofpomp binnen het motorkoelsysteem. In tegenstelling tot de hoofdpomp, die door een riem wordt aangedreven, circuleert deze koelvloeistof door een secundair circuit op aanvraag en onafhankelijk van het motortoerental, waardoor de doorstroming kan worden gehandhaafd voor functies zoals naloopkoeling en cabineverwarming, zelfs wanneer de motor uit staat of stationair draait.
