Frequently asked questions

What does the rear anti-roll bar link do?
The rear anti-roll bar link, or drop link, connects the rear anti-roll bar to the suspension on the Range Rover Sport L320. It transfers roll loads to the bar to reduce body lean in corners. This version is specified for vehicles with ACE (Active Cornering Enhancement).
How many rear anti-roll bar links are needed?
Two are needed per vehicle, one per side, on the Range Rover Sport L320. Drop links typically wear at a similar rate, so replacing both sides together restores even roll control and avoids a return soon after for the second side.
Does this fit a Range Rover Sport without ACE?
No. This link is for Range Rover Sport L320 vehicles fitted with ACE (Active Cornering Enhancement) and Roll Stability Control. Vehicles without ACE use a different link, so check whether your vehicle has the ACE system before ordering, as the two setups aren't interchangeable.
What are the signs a drop link needs replacing?
Signs include knocking or rattling from the rear over bumps and increased body roll in corners. The link's ball joints typically wear and develop play, which produces the noise. Worn links usually fail an MOT and reduce how well the anti-roll bar controls the body.
