What is the TF632 340mm brake upgrade and what does it do?
The TF632 is a front disc conversion raising rotor diameter from the standard 320mm to 340mm on the Discovery 3, Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport L320, increasing stopping power and fade resistance.
What is included in the TF632 kit?
The kit contains caliper mounting brackets that reposition the original caliper over the larger rotor, the front brake discs, and a matched set of front brake pads with a road-going friction compound.
Does fitting this kit require bleeding the brakes?
No. The original front calipers are retained and the hydraulic circuit is not opened, so no brake bleeding is required on completion.
How does this differ from the TF630 340mm kit?
The TF632 keeps your original calipers and repositions them with brackets over 340mm discs. The TF630 replaces the complete caliper and disc assembly. Both take front discs to 340mm.
