What does the LED mirror indicator kit do?
The LED mirror indicator kit is a pair of direction indicator modules that replace the original repeater units in the door mirror housings. They drive amber LEDs as a progressive sweep across a smoked lens instead of a fixed on/off flash.
Which models and years does this mirror indicator kit fit?
It fits specific years: Discovery 4 (2014-2016 late models), Discovery 5 (2017 on), Range Rover Evoque L538 (2012-2013 only), Range Rover L405 (2013-2018) and Range Rover Sport L494 (2014-2018). Confirm your year against these ranges before ordering.
Do I need to modify the mirrors to fit these indicators?
No modification is needed. The modules locate in the existing mirror apertures and connect to the vehicle indicator circuit, so the mirror housing doesn't have to be cut or altered. The kit contains one left-hand and one right-hand assembly.
Are these mirror indicators road legal?
The modules carry E4 approval and use a smoked lens matching the original appearance. E4 approval means they meet the European type-approval standard for direction indicators, so they're suitable for road use.
