Remschijf - geventileerde voorremschijf, onderdeel van de voorremconstructie.

De schijf biedt het frictieoppervlak waartegen de voorremblokken klemmen tijdens het remmen. De geventileerde (intern geventileerde) constructie zuigt lucht door de schijf om warmte af te voeren tijdens langdurig of zwaar remmen, waardoor het risico op remfading wordt verminderd.
