Brandstofinjector voor de EFI V8 benzinemotor, onderdeel van het elektronisch multi-point brandstofinjectiesysteem.

De injector is een elektrisch bediende magneetklep die in de inlaatspruitstukpoort is gemonteerd. De ECU van de motor opent de klep met pulsen om onder druk staande brandstof te doseren en te vernevelen in het inlaattraject dat de cilinder voedt, waarbij de open duur de geleverde hoeveelheid bepaalt.
