Keerring voor de R380 handgeschakelde versnellingsbakverlenging (achter-/achterhuis).

Het dicht de uitgaande as af waar deze uit de verlenging komt, houdt versnellingsbakolie vast en sluit vuil en water uit bij de achterste aandrijfaskoppeling. Een versleten keerring van de verlenging uit zich doorgaans als olielekkage vanaf de achterkant van de versnellingsbak, die langs de aandrijfas sporen achterlaat.

The FTC500010LR is the R380 gearbox extension case oil seal for Land Rover Defender up to 2016, Discovery 1 and 2, and Range Rover Classic. It seals the output shaft where it exits the rear extension housing of the R380 manual gearbox, retaining oil and keeping dirt and water out at the propshaft coupling.
