Drukplager geïnstalleerd in de koppelings- en vliegwielassemblage, werkend tussen de koppelingsvork en de membraanveer van de koppelingsplaat.

Wanneer het koppelingspedaal wordt ingedrukt, brengt het lager axiale kracht over van de ontgrendelingsvork naar de membraanveer, waardoor de drukplaat wordt teruggetrokken en de aangedreven plaat van het vliegwiel wordt losgekoppeld.
