Kleppendeksel (nokkenasdeksel) voor de 5.0L V8 AJ133 benzinemotor, motoren met natuurlijke aanzuiging en supercharger.

Het deksel wordt bovenop de cilinderkop geschroefd en omvat de nokkenassen en het kleppenmechanisme. Het sluit motorolie af in de kop, houdt verontreinigingen buiten en biedt het montagevlak voor de dekselpakking en de carterventilatie/-olievuldopvoorzieningen.

The LR113202LR cylinder head cover, or camshaft cover, bolts to the top of the cylinder head and encloses the camshafts and valvetrain. It seals engine oil inside the head, keeps contaminants out, and carries the crankcase breather and oil-filler provisions. It's for the 5.0L V8 AJ133 petrol engine.
Which vehicles does this camshaft cover fit?
This camshaft cover fits the 5.0L V8 AJ133 petrol engine only. Applications include the New Defender L663 2020+, Range Rover L322 2010-2012, Range Rover L405 2013-2022, Range Rover Sport L494 2014-2022 and Range Rover Velar L560 2017+. It won't fit diesel models.
Why would a camshaft cover need replacing?
A camshaft cover typically needs replacing when it cracks or its gasket perishes, leading to oil leaks down the side of the engine or oil pooling around the spark plugs. Fitting a fresh cover gasket at the same time is normal practice to seal it properly.
