Schakelstangpen is een scharnierpen die wordt gebruikt in het schakelstangmechanisme van de handgeschakelde versnellingsbak.

Het positioneert en borgt de schakelstang aan het bijbehorende koppelingsonderdeel, waardoor de stang kan draaien wanneer de hefboomwerking wordt overgebracht via het selectormechanisme. Een klein slijtage- en serviceonderdeel dat wordt vervangen wanneer er speling ontstaat in de koppeling.
