What is the lower polyurethane damper mounting bush?
The lower polyurethane damper mounting bush isolates the lower shock absorber mounting from its bracket, damping suspension noise and vibration while allowing the damper a small degree of articulation. Polyurethane is firmer than the standard rubber bush and more resistant to oil and compression set, so the damper stays more tightly located over a longer service life.
