The LR012785LR is the upper fuel injector seal for the 4.4 and 4.2 litre V8 AJ petrol engines. It seals the injector at its upper location so fuel and combustion pressure stay contained where the injector meets the rail or head.
How many of these seals do I need?
You typically need one seal per injector. A V8 has eight injectors, so a full set usually means eight LR012785LR seals. Buy enough to do every injector you're disturbing rather than reusing old seals.
Can these injector seals be reused?
