How do I know if I need the Grade 2 gasket?
The Grade 2 gasket is selected by measuring piston protrusion above the block deck so head clearance matches specification. It's identified by two holes and 1.17mm thickness. If your measured protrusion calls for a different grade, you'll need the matching higher-hole-count gasket instead.
Which engines and models does this head gasket fit?
