Snelmoer is een veerstalen kooimoer die over de rand van een paneel of in een doorboord gat klemt om een schroefdraadankerpunt te bieden voor een schroef.

Schroefdraad 1/4" UNF. De geveerde armen klemmen het paneel vast en zijn bestand tegen losraken door trillingen, waardoor een herhaalbare bevestiging ontstaat waar een conventionele moer niet van achteren kan worden vastgehouden - typisch gebruikt om carrosseriedelen, panelen en beugels te bevestigen.
