Springmoer is een plaatmetalen bevestigingselement dat wordt gebruikt in carrosseriepanelen en interieurafwerkingen.

Het klemt over een paneelrand of in een voorgevormd gat om een vast schroefdraadgat te creëren voor een bevestigingsschroef, waardoor afwerkings-, fascia- en hemelpanelen kunnen worden bevestigd zonder een aparte losse moer. De veerspanning voorkomt ook losraken door trillingen.
